Project 3

Monochrome
This is my monochrome grid, to this I added a preset to all of the photos. For this I tried to find pictures that shows texture very well. I outlined the rectangular door with black and white edits to different textures that I found interesting.

Color Harmony
I really enjoy this picture. It is a little different, here I cropped and added different sections of the same picture to parts of it. I really enjoy the colors of the picture together too. I like that it gives the picture a little pixilated or broken effect.

Color Compliments
These pictures are a set of different photographs of a pear with purple paper behind it. I think yellow and purple is a a good contrast, and I like how you can only see the pear in one of the pictures. Also I like that there were multiple pictures of the same subject put on top of each other. I used flash for some of the photos, giving them a different color effect. I tried to lighten the purple and the yellow to make the colors stand out more.

My Choice 1
To this grid, I put the original in the middle and cropped and edited different parts of the sign. I like this grid because it shows how many different ways there are to have the same picture. I made some pictures warm and some cool.

My choice 2
I like this grid because it is the same picture repeated again and again. It is hard to tell what the picture is of, but I like this because it has some mystery to it. I the colors a little cooler and added some darkness to give it a darker effect.

Picture Showing Mood and Colors
I think this photo really shows different colors and portrays a mysterious mood. This photo uses a lot of the colors on the color wheel, so it is somewhat color harmony, but also the colors are very distinct and seem to not match together. I increased the intensity of all of the green, teal, and red in this photo to make all of the colors stand out more. I think this photo is very out there and pops out, and also gives a mood of intensity.
